How I help

I provide individual therapy for adults and teens in-person and online for residents of Arizona.

For residents of Maine and Oklahoma, I provide online therapy sessions only.

  • Schedule a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting, to explore your needs, how I could help you, and whether we would feel comfortable working together.

  • 60-minute sessions………$150
    90-minute sessions………$175

    Custom length sessions are also available. Let’s talk and figure out what you would best fit your needs.

    I have limited capacity for sliding scale fees. Please talk to me if this would make care more accessible for you.

  • This service is provided for people with non-clinical needs.
